Where Will the Experience Take Place?
The School of Emotionally Healthy Leadership sessions are facilitated live over Zoom. Download the Zoom app for free at Zoom.us.
What’s Required of Participants?
You must commit to:
- Attend ALL 16 Sessions (2 Semesters)
- Read The Emotionally Healthy Leader before the course begins.
- Do weekly readings of assigned chapters from books.
- Practice the Daily Office (silence/devotionals 2x daily)
- Meet with your Table Leader for one-on-one coaching, during each phase.
Why Do I Need to Apply?
Not all pastors and leaders are ready for the commitment this LEADERSHIP SCHOOL requires. The application process helps us determine your readiness and motivation for this unique experience.

Are Course Materials Included?
Course materials and books are not included with the registration fee. We will send you a list of books to purchase upon registration
When and How Do I Pay?
An online payment link will be emailed to you after your application is accepted.
Course Sessions
What Happens If I Can’t Attend a Session?
In the case of an emergency or unavoidable conflict, you are permitted to miss one session per phase. A link to the Zoom recording of the session will be available upon request.
What Does Each Session Look Like?
Each session is facilitated by the Emotionally Healthy Discipleship Teaching Team. It is a blend of live instruction, breakout groups with your table, individual reflection, and the practice of skills.
What Happens After the LEADERSHIP SCHOOL?
Once you complete a semester of the LEADERSHIP SCHOOL, you will be invited to reapply for the next semester. Upon completion of the full LEADERSHIP SCHOOL, you will be invited into next steps to bring transformation to your entire church and ministry.
